Visualization of latest radioactivity levels in Japan (March 15th - April 6th)

Here is the Matlab code I wrote. The data is collected by Haruhiko Okumura and is available here. The original data comes from MEXT.

The natural radiation levels of Hong Kong and Sweden are taken from UNSCEAR 2000 report Annex B Table 7.

According to Health Physics Society we receive at least 0.3mrem/h (=3μSv/h) during commercial airline flights.

The map is originally from Wikipedia.
